He was born February 17, 1930 in Heber Springs, Arkansas, to George and Sallie Lou McNallen.
Mr. McNallen served in the U.S. Navy as a captain.
Mr. McNallen earned his M.B.A. and Ph.D. From New York University, and his J.D. from University of Connecticut – School of Law. He was an adventure lover (having traveled around the world 3 times). He was a scholar and avid reader, forever in search of the perfect book store. He was a lover of food and politics, but remember “Parking is available for Democrats only”.
Mr. McNallen is survived by son, James Lawrence McNallen; daughter, Marianne Victoria McNallen; brother, Bob McNallen of Texas. Tex leaves behind many family and friends whom he cherished dearly.
Mr. McNallen is preceded in death by his ex-wife, Marianne Kakos; sons, Thomas Berl McNallen and John Kennedy McNallen. He will be buried alongside his son, John, in Herndon, Virginia.
