Jason is survived by his spouse, Evelina Stogowski, his daughter; Mila Joy Van Dyke, his son; Jace Alan Van Dyke, his sisters; Janessa Darst, Jessica Darst, Karen Barrett, Cassie Van Dyke, and Devin Hamm, his brothers; Dillon Van Dyke, and Kellyn Milligan, his parents; Rodney Van Dyke and Mona Milligan, and his grandparents; Kirk and Joy Michelle Houston as well as Shirley and Gary Gillard.
A visitation will be held from 1:00PM-3:00PM on Monday, March 8th, 2021 at Thompson Funeral Chapel 926 S. Litchfield Rd. in Goodyear, Arizona. A funeral service will follow the visitation, from 3:00PM-4:00PM at the same location.
