Jerry served in the United States Army for two years.
He is survived by his spouse, Sandra Kay Maloy, his sons; Mark Maloy (Angela) and Michael Maloy (Marcie). Jerry is also survived by four grandchildren; Lauren Maloy, Jonathan Maloy (Amanda), Matthew Maloy (Megan), and Jaclyn Maloy, and his three great-grandchildren; Wyatt, Clayton and Tristan Maloy.
