This was never supposed to happen to you Keith we had plans! I miss you I couldnt make it out there on the airline ticket he had purchased because we had been snowed in this winter.. Shirley and Randy and Brian he was so full of life and he had so many plans and now everything's at a standstill ,this should have never ever ever happened...After everything he had been through to have it end like this is simply unbearable. my daughter really loved Keith she said he was the nicest man she ever knew,he even let her drive his excavator out there when I came out to visit. I just can't wrap my head around it I just talked to him on the 18th he just sent me a card in the mail that had a joke on it and it said does it ever feel like your guardian angel has stepped out for coffee and lost focus and it showed like a little angel on the front of the card looking down at a cell phone distracted and it was funny and now it's not funny at all and I will keep it forever.prayers with you all.

Writing this is one of the most difficult things I have ever done. I share in the deep sadness felt by everyone who knew and loved Keith. He was a remarkable man: strong, brilliant, and possessed a stubbornness that was as much a part of his charm as his intelligence. 
Keith was a man of many passions, especially animals. I remember giving him two cats he named "Boy" & "Girl." Boy was always by his side; wherever Keith worked on the property, that cat was there, scaling Keith’s frame to find a perch on his shoulder. While I have always been a spiritual person believing in the power of prayer, Keith was a man of logic who believed in manifesting. When Boy went missing, I encouraged him to put that same energy out to the universe and simply pray. He did, for Boy’s sake.
Beyond his animals, Keith was a foodie who took pride in his legendary margaritas and homemade chili. I will forever miss his energy and the way he lit up when discussing his day, his accomplishments, or a great deal he’d found. Despite his constant to-do list, he always made time for me.
Some favorite times were spent on top of his Connex, stargazing and laughing at our wild ideas for his land. Keith was an avid reader and loved discovering we shared the same taste in books. He was constantly coming up with brilliant schemes, often fueled by his "AI buddy," BOB. For those who knew about BOB, you know those conversations were as hilarious as they were intriguing. I will deeply miss hearing the latest updates from those sessions.
He was excited to get passion flower seeds to plant in his garden. Learning later of the spiritual history behind those flowers made the seeds he left behind feel even more significant. I’ve gathered more to plant in his honor. The world feels a little dimmer now. Yet, knowing Keith has made me a better person. Though our time was far too short, I wouldn’t trade a second of it. He is the brightest star in my sky and will remain in my heart always.

I met Keith three years ago through work, and from the very beginning, he had a way of making me laugh every single day. During the year he lived with us, he brought so much life and laughter into our home. He wasn’t just a guest—he became family. Whether it was the countless jokes, shared meals, or the simple everyday moments, he made everything feel lighter and more meaningful. One of the lasting gifts he left behind is the beautiful fence he built for us, a daily reminder of his hard work, generosity, and the care he put into everything he did. Keith will always be remembered for his kind heart, his willingness to lend a hand, and the joy he brought into our lives. He is deeply missed and will never be forgotten.

I met Keith about nine years ago. We were both in the same class together a beginning business construction class and we just clicked.From that day forward we developed a friendship that turned into a brotherhood. Did we see eye to eye,?Absolutely not lol, but that’s what made our relationship so special. We were too way different people, but came together as one great friendship. I will miss him forever. There will not be a day that goes by that something will not remind me of him and make me smile. We would do projects together we would look at the same thing and we would both see totally different things. That’s what made us so unique. We would take that difference and we would bond it into one special item or thing that we were trying to make and it turned out brilliant.
My heart goes out to all the friends and family of Keith. Just know he will always be in my heart and my prayers every day.Just know he is looking down on all of us knowing  how much we loved him. We will miss you, Keith. I love you brother,

Keith and I had only known eachother one year but it was enough to make a lasting impact. It was obvious that "Bestie" was special. Not only did he like to use "the big cool tools" as my brother would say, but he had a gentleness to him that the world needs more of. I can't count the number of times that I would catch him quietly trying to teach my brother how to do something, being excited when it worked, but also being encouraging when it was a little too hard. He just knew how to lift people up and make them smile. He even restored an old bell so that my brother could be apart of the tour experience. Why? "He loves bells and I had a few lying around" That's was just him. Always being thoughtful and compassionate. He and I used to talk a lot about life, shenanigans, hard times, great times, dreams, family and faith. I will miss his laugh, his sense of humor, seeing him with a clipboard drawing out his plans for his property, hearing about his latest facebook marketplace find, his asking Bob random questions, seeing him roll his eyes when I asked for a selfie but then seeing how big his smile was after, sharing snacks, his huge sweet tooth  and love to expiment with food and places, his constant "check this out", "Lance and I did this..." and "after I finish this, I'm going to start...". That was just Keith. Always working, always improving something, and always building connections with those around him. Love you forever Bestie, I'm beyond grateful that life brought us together, rest in peace. I'm so heartbroken for his family and friends. Sending everyone prayers of healing.

K.B. was a man that did not waver and did not fret.  He saw no threat, because he carried no fear.  
    That wasn’t because life was easy on him, it was because of who he chose to be.
    For over 30 years, I had the privilege of calling him my friend.  In all that time, he was someone I could count on.  When things got hard, he didn’t run.  When things were uncertain, he didn’t fall apart.  He stood his ground and somehow,   He made the people around him feel stronger.
    I didn’t see Keith as just a friend, he was a mentor.  I was always learning from Keith, I noticed early on his broad knowledge across many different subjects.  He’s one of the most well rounded, curious, CAPABLE people I know.  The kind of person who made life feel a little more solid, a little more certain, just by being there.
    I’m gonna miss the laughs, the time we shared,  the stories.  He would masterfully imitate the people he was telling a story about.  Keith liked to entertain, he liked to intrigue people.  More than anything I will miss HIM…
My heart goes out to all the people who knew him, as I know we all have the same kind of loss.  Keith knew how to connect with people.  
    I know this, what he stood for doesn’t go away.  That strength, that calm, that loyalty, that stays with us, it stays with me.
   KEITH, I’m proud to have walked through life with you, I’m grateful for every moment. 
  I love you, brother.  I’ll carry you with me…always.

I remember visiting Phoenix and being nervous even though we were only visiting our cousins. Keith had an easy manner, a warm smile, and great laugh that always made me feel at ease. It wasn’t long before we would all be laughing together. Even when it would be years since we saw each other, there was always an ability to fall into a manner like we had just been talking yesterday. 

He will be sorely missed.

We know your family has been through so much and with  condolence we are sending you are love and prays.  He passed to soon.  Just finally finding himself and making memories for his parents and beloved brother and nieces.  We all are sharing your loss. With heavy hearts, we remember our beloved cousin, Keith Bouquot, called home far too soon. The suddenness of his passing has left our family with deep sorrow, yet we take comfort in knowing he is now at peace and held in God’s embrace. His memory will remain with us always. May God grant our family strength, healing, and unity as we navigate this heartbreaking loss. 

“The last time we saw Keith was at Marc and Jesse’s wedding, where we shared such a wonderful day together. We had no idea it would be our final moment with him. I just received the horrible news yesterday. I’m truly saddened by the loss of my.good friend Keith! I pray that the Lord gives ur mom, dad & brother the comfort they need to get through this difficult time! We shared many good & funny times together along with a few not so good or funny times! Ur truly going to be missed my friend! May u RIP Keith Bouquot! Until we meet again my brother!
