Maria del Carmen Solis

She was born on January 22, 1976, to Lorenzo and Maria Solis. Early in her career, she served her community as a medical assistant in adult primary care and later moved to pediatric urgent care. She worked hard and endlessly provided for her family. As her illness progressed, she became a homemaker for her partner and five children. She was an avid cook and loved to celebrate all holidays with her family and grandchildren, bringing her family together was her joy. She always thought of others, she was openhanded and big hearted to anyone she met.

She is survived by her partner Mario Macias; daughters Deanna Levario and Sophia Hernandez; sons Javier Hernandez, Gabriel Hernandez, and Mario Macias Jr. She is also survived by her sisters Cruz Solis and Christina Solis; brother Lorenzo Solis Jr.; parents Lorenzo and Maria Solis; and grandchildren Urijah, Lourdes, Alina, Christian, and Hannah.

A visitation will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at Thompson Funeral Chapel, with burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
