Sok Im Faber

Sok Im Faber of Goodyear, Arizona passed away August 4,2026, at the age of 83. She was born March 16, 1943, in Cholla-Pukdo, Korea to the late Sang Mun Han and Il Ku Choe. Sok is survived by her children Susan Faber, Lori Faber, and Chris Faber, and one beloved grandchild Hana Plummer.

She was known for her honesty and direct nature. She spoke her mind, stood firmly by her convictions, and never pretended to be anything other than herself. While her strong personality could sometimes be challenging, those who knew her best understood that her toughness was shaped by a lifetime of hard work, sacrifice, and perseverance.

Outside of her love for family, she enjoyed the simple pleasures that brought her happiness. She was an avid fan of Korean dramas and could often be found immersed in the latest series, eagerly following the lives of her favorite characters. She also had a deep love for gardening. Whether tending to flowers, nurturing plants, or simply spending time outdoors, she found joy and peace in helping things grow. When she was younger, she cherished spending time with friends paying Go-Stop (or Godori), where laughter and competition created many treasured memories for the family.
