Ailene Helen "Susie" Dixon

Ms. Ailene Helen “Susie” Dixon, 73, of Orlando, died peacefully Thursday, May 16, 2019.

Susie enjoyed reading, Netflix, and scratch off games. She also enjoyed sports, especially her New York Giants. She was employed by Disney for over 25 years.

In addition, she loved family gatherings and dinners with her family. She will be best remembered for being nurturing, caring, and her happy go lucky spirit.

Survivors include her life partner and companion, Joe; children Patrick (Karen) Dixon, Colleen Astles, and Dawn Dixon; grandchildren, Brice Phillips, Chelci Dixon, Georgi Dixon, and a host of great grandchildren.

The celebration of life service will be held on June 1, 2019 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at Marie Williams Chapel located on the campus of First Baptist Church Orlando, 3000 John Young Pkwy, Orlando, FL 32805. The family will receive friends from 10:30 -11:30 am after to the service.

I will treasure all of our trips to see you and Joe and all the fun we had together. You will always have a special place in my heart. I'm so sorry to hear.She was the sweetest,kindest soul. She was my mom 's dearest friend at Disney Gift Shop.Suxie helped me so much when my mom was in rehab and came to visit. She encouraged me at one of the roughest moments in my life!!! She will be missed .
