

Alfred Edley Weising, 86, of Orlando, FL, passed away on May 26, 2020. He was born in Brooklyn, New York on November 19, 1933. After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the United States Coast Guard, with an honorable discharge and also earned an EMT Certification License with the State of Florida. Married 55 years to the love of his life, Kathleen Loretta Kreinbihl of Brooklyn, New York on October 3, 1959. Alfred had a career in the New York City Fire Department for 20 years, retired as Captain and moved the family to Orlando, Florida in November of 1980. He worked for Disney in transportation retiring after 25 years.
Alfred was wonderful man with simple taste and an all-around pleasant human being that loved taking care of his family. He had a passion for camping and the great outdoors; he enjoyed his RV and outings at Disney with his family.
He is survived by his three children; Jeffrey Arthur, Christopher Thomas (Rene’) and Jason Douglas (Kasie). Grandchildren include Jordan, Christopher (C.W.), Gareth, Eric, Ethan, Alexis, Alana, and Jaxson along with cousins, nieces, and nephews. He is preceded in death by his siblings; Richard Weising, and Dorothy Montesano. May they Rest in Peace.
The family will receive friends from 12-1 pm on Friday, June 26, 2020 at Woodlawn Funeral Home with funeral services following at 1 pm. Entombment with military honors will follow the service in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
