She suffered the loss of two children, Renee and Billy. She is survived by Paul, Chris & C.H. Valentine and Diane & Frank Krens.
She had a “green thumb” and enjoyed growing things. She really was a talented craft maker and could do almost anything with her hands. She loved to play games and work puzzles and she was hard to beat.
Barbara attended night school at Rollins College and earned her Associates Degree while working at G.E. as a trainer. She was one of the first women to become a supervisor in a factory. She also worked diligently at her church, Grace Methodist Church.
She was the best wife ever!
