Bobby W. Anderson

Bobby Wayne Anderson, 88, of Apopka, Florida passed away at his home, on April 28, 2022 after a lengthy illness. Bobby was born in Andalusia, Alabama on July 27, 1933 to the late Mrs. Julia Jane and Mr. Alvie Lee Anderson. He attended school in Enterprise, Alabama and after graduation he proudly joined the United States Air Force in 1951 and served until 1973. While stationed at McCoy Air Force base he met his soon to be wife, Joyce Ann Galliher and they were married at the Delaney Baptist Church in Orlando on May 21, 1955. After retiring from the Air Force, he worked for the US Postal Service from 1978 - 1999.

Bobby is predeceased by his parents and his sister; Ronznana Humble.

Bobby is survived by his wife, Joyce, his sons, Jeffrey Wayne Anderson and Barry Scott Anderson and his daughter-in-law, Margaret Anderson.

Five Grandchildren, Michael (Kristin), Victoria (Bo), Rebecca (Matt), Taylor and Jason. Three Great-Grandchildren; Bailey, Brianna and Henry.

The family wish to express their appreciation to the caregivers Patrice Bartlett, Clarie-Line D. Floaestal, Teressa Marriott and Shamaya Bartlett.

A visitation will take place on Thursday, May 5th at 10:30am with a service beginning at 11:00am and committal to follow with Full Military Honors; all at Woodlawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home.
