He was born in Winter Park, Florida on April 5, 1942 and graduated from Hungerford High School.
Calvin had a career in bank courier for First Union Bank. He had a passion for music, gardening, helping others and football.
He is survived by his children, Cynthia Brown, Yolanda Brown and Michelle Jackson; grandchildren, Christopher Brown, Marquis (Elisa) Dunston, Rajavlous Williams, Shakira Mack, Mikayla Jackson, Chance James, Antonett and Antone Brown, Chiquita Brown and Domonique (Quinton) Taylor; 8 great grandchildren; sisters, Jeanette Brown and Costene Walters; his ex wife, Ruby Brown and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts uncles and other family members and cherished friends.
He was preceded in death by his son, Calvin L. Brown.
A funeral service for Calvin will be held Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL 34734, followed by a visitation from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
