Carlton James "Sammy" Choquangsam, 61, passed away on August 14, 2013 in Orlando, Florida. He was born on June 13, 1952 in West Coast Demerara, Guyana to James and Doreen Filicia (Chin) Choquangsam. Sammy worked as a factory worker making painting supplies. He enjoyed watching television, cleaning the house and keeping his car waxed and shined. He is preceded in death by his brother, Michael Choquangsam. Survivors include his wife, Angie; son, Christopher; daughters, Fazeela Dookram and Wazeela Adam; brothers, Lloyd and George Choquangsam; sisters, Jennifer Perry, Marjorie, Elizabeth and Moureen Choquangsam and Lynette Chin and six grandchildren.
