

She was born in Yauco, Puerto Rico on August 12, 1942. She graduated from Escuela Superior Santiago Negron and received her bachelors' degree from Universidad Interamericana.
She married Richard Morales on November 3, 1972.
Carmen had a career as a Spanish Teacher for Escuela Superior Dr. Pila Ponce, Puerto Rico and as a letter carrier for Orlovista, Post Office and Casual at GMF, U.S. Postal Service.
She was a member of Primera Iglesia Bautista of Yauco, and Iglesia El Calvario. She had a passion for singing in the choir, and a sunday school teacher.
Carmen is survived by her husband, Richard; nieces, Irma Garcia, Ivonne Inoa, Adria Eva Arroyo, and Patricia Arroyo; her dogs, Ginger and Tiki; and her sister, Rosa Irma Arroyo.
Visitation will be held at Iglesia El Calvario, 2500 W Oak Ridge Rd, Orlando, FL 32809, US, on June 13, 2026, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, followed by the Funeral Service at the same location on June 13, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
A Committal Service will take place at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Cremation Gardens, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL 34734, US, on June 13, 2026, from 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm.
