Cecil Wray Rogers

He married Evelyn Alice Kurtz on April 23, 1955.

Cecil had a career in the military with the United States Marine Corps before retiring and had a passion for family, horticulture and coin collecting.

He is survived by his children, Gary Rogers, Sharon Rogers Fabris and Edward Rogers; his 12 grandchildren, Jamie, Samantha, Melinda, Adrian, Eric (Chrissy), Ryan (Kristin), Joseph, Kyle, Erica, Raymond (Megan), Brittney and Samantha (Marcus) and his 17 great grandchildren, Tatiana, Juliana, Noah, Gavin, Madyson, Reagan, Savannah, Taryn, Lincoln, Greyson, Ezra, Elizabeth, Kennedy, Colin, Elijah, Lillian and Shiloh.

A visitation for Cecil will be held Sunday, March 23, 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL 34734. Following the visitation will be a committal service from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM at Woodlawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Rd, Gotha, FL 34734.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to, St. Jude, American Cancer Society, Wounded Warriors or Local Animal Shelter.
