Charles “Chuck” K. Hyer, 63, of Clermont, Fl. passed away on Wednesday September 26, 2012. Chuck was a great man who lived a life full of laughter and achievement. He was a loving husband, a proud father, a devoted son and an admired friend. Chuck left Lockheed Martin after 26 years as a director of production operations for their international division, MEADS. He loved his work and travel it required. He was an avid fisherman and loved to golf. He loved his football and NASCAR.
Chuck was devoted to his wife Marilyn and two sons, Matthew and Garrett. He lived to provide and always thought of others before himself.He was an example for us all because of his work-ethic and devotion to family. He will forever be in our hearts.
He is survived by his loving wife Marilyn Hyer; father Glen Hyer; sister Glenda Syters; sons Matthew and Garrett Hyer; goddaughter Tori Van Voorhees. A memorial service will be held on Monday October 1, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at Woodlawn Funeral Home 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Rd. Gotha, Fl. 34734.
