Chris you're the only person that motivated me to lose 50 lb in 2 months. I miss you man I wish you was still here I miss seeing you during the holidays as well cousin. You always had good vibes every time i seen you. We played games sometimes went to church . We all miss you man. God send people like you to help motavate us. You where a very woderful man cousin and a Good father.

Thought of you today, but that's not a suprise I think of you everyday. Never knew how much I would miss you. I swear I would give anything to have my phone ring and it say your name. I cherish all the talks and conversations we did have though, and I thank you for reaching out to me over and over again even though many times I didn't have the time to talk. Guess I learned the hard way not to take people for granted. I know, you knew I loved you though and that comforts me. I loved you so much and I still love you, will always love you. Even though you lived so far, I always made it known I had a brother in Texas. Now I make it known I have a brother in Heaven. Just know you are so loved and so missed. Love you to the moon and back. But I would never want you to leave your eternity with Christ to come back to your regular life. You made it in, and I'm privledged to have known you and loved you. But God knowing you is the greater gift of all...rest in paradise with your Redeemer, and I aim to live a life that would enable me to do the same.

Unbelievable....where do broken hearts go?wow! I'm still trying to comprehend our great loss.Pappy, I know you are in the best place, lm pretty sure you are dancing with the angels .But our hearts are still broken..
Family, I can feel your pain. Phonsie, siblings,children it's a path that you'll must travel, it's very difficult and complicated but, always remember God is going to sustain you.Right now He's holding you and He's walking you through one of the most difficult time in your lives. Trust Him,He will not let you down.

Paps...during one of our last conversations, you emphasized that your greatest desire was to draw closer to God. I believe that your heart's desire was fulfilled together with the opportunity to spend quality time with your mom and siblings. When you left Texas in January 2016, you had no idea that God was ordering your steps and creating an itinerary that would allow you to: stop in Tennessee to visit with and cook for your Aunt Carmen and Uncle Martin; visit with and listen to some advice from me; spend time with your cousin, Bro and friend Mark - prior to going to Orlando where you were able to spend precious time with your mom, siblings, second mom - Mercedes - and cousins prior to your transition from this life. God is faithful. Your departure has certainly shocked us and left a void but your passing has also served to remind us that each moment we are granted the opportunity to breathe is precious time that should not be wasted on petty, insignificant things that steal our joy and disconnect us from our loved ones. Your greatest joy was enjoying quality time with family. May we honor your memory by loving each other. My prayer for our family: Lord, bind us together with cords that cannot be broken. Bind us together with love.

Titi Phonsie I am so sorry and heart broken for your loss.  My Deepest Condolences to you and family. My prayers are with you and family.  I met "Pappy" once at our family reunion in 2006.  I admire your strength and faith in God.  I know that God will continue blessing you and your love ones always. Pappy, your heart stopped beating  for approximately  2 days ago...you left us abruptly to reside in Heaven with Mama. Heartbreakingly and with much tears, I must admit that it feels so unbelievable. Who would have said that our last conversation and outing would have been at Waffle House last weekend. I can vividly remember your affectionate greeting "Hey Sexy Girl" followed by a hug and a kiss. Oh Papy, If I knew that would have been our last conversation, I would have said so much more. That's if you would have allowed me. Lol... Cause all you talked about were your girls (Jasmine & Kala) and "your Mamita" (the love of your life....Nova). It made me happy to hear you when you talked about them... For they generated a glow on your face. Pappy, I truly miss you...I miss you, Cuz. I will treasure all the memories we shared at my home. I will also miss your delicious meals and family gatherings. Rest in Peace Cuz. Love you.

My heart is breaking as I read the obituary. I am so so sorry for such a great lost of a great friend. 
Carmen and Christine, and the entire family, please accept my condolences..
I met Pappy at a very young age seven or eight, wonderful fun loving boy in St Croix. Then we met again in Cleveland Tennessee while I was in college and he was about to finish high school.
Pappy then was still the same happy fun loving loving teenager.  The last time we were together,we were in the gym at LEE College playing basketball for four hours one on one. We had so much fun together. I'm so so saddened by the lost of my friend. I will cherish the good times we spent together.
Family, allow the Lord to comfort and sustain you in this time of deep sorrow. He promised never to leave you or forsake you, but be by your side always. I am praying for you. Love and blessings always.
