She was employed at Orlando Utilities Company since March 1987. Cindy's smile was contagious. She was an organ donor, enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, baking, traveling, organizing family events, and she loved animals. She was also a published author of "The Ultimate Miracle You".
In addition to her father, she was predeceased in death by her sisters Pamela Jackson and Judy Hightower.
She is survived by her mother Bernice Messer Burney, fiancé Eddie Williams, her sisters Debra Burney, Regina Burney, and her brother Larry Burney. She also is survived by her nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 15, 2021 at 2:00pm at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, Florida 34734. Services will be conducted by Reverend Robin Morical.
