David Brian Kazaros, beloved father, son, brother, and friend, passed away on October 22, 2026, at his home. Born on January 7, 1980, in Orlando, Florida, David resided in Windermere, Florida, where he built his career, raised his family, and formed lasting connections with those around him.
A proud alumnus of the University of Central Florida, David pursued a career in real estate as a professional broker based in Windermere. He specialized in commercial land acquisition for strategic growth, with a focus on long-term investment properties. Through his work, David brought his knowledge, insight, and dedication to helping others navigate the real estate market.
Beyond his professional life, David believed in giving back to his community. He devoted volunteer hours to local clothing and furniture banks, offering his time to support those in need. He also held a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, reflecting his commitment to discipline, perseverance, and personal growth.
Above all, David cherished his role as a father. He treasured the time he spent fishing with his son, Chase, whenever the opportunity arose. He took great pride in Chase’s musical abilities and admired his talent for playing the violin and other instruments. David was equally proud of his daughter, Keira, and the remarkable talent she displayed in theater. Their accomplishments brought him joy, and his admiration for his children was a meaningful part of his life.
David lived by a simple but enduring principle: to be loyal and honest in all aspects of life. These values shaped the way he approached his relationships, his work, and his commitments to others. Those who knew him will remember his integrity, clever wit, and distinctive personality, as well as the many ways he made an impression on the lives around him.
David is survived by his daughter, Keira; his son, Chase; his stepdaughter, Kaely; and his former wife, Jessika Thomas; his father, Charles Kazaros Sr., and his wife, Maria; his brothers, Gregory Scott Kazaros and Charles Kazaros Jr., their fiancés and his uncle Robert Kazaros, Jr. Waiting to welcome David into eternal rest was his mother, Joyce Kazaros Cagan.
David’s passing leaves a profound void in the hearts of his family and all who knew him. His love for his children, dedication to his principles, generosity toward his community, and sharp sense of humor will remain part of the memories cherished by those whose lives he touched.
He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered for the person he was, the values he upheld, and the love that he shared.
