

Debra "Debi" Niemcow, 68, of Orlando, Florida, passed away on Thursday, January 1, 2026. Born in Dayton, Ohio, Debi lived a life marked by resilience, quiet strength, and deep love for her family. She was known for her gentle smile, kind heart, and the grace with which she carried herself through life’s joys and challenges.
Debi devoted 45 years of her professional life to Budget Avis Group, where she was respected for her loyalty, strong work ethic, and dependability. Her long career was a testament to her commitment, perseverance, and sense of responsibility—qualities that defined her both at work and in life.
Debi found joy in simple, meaningful pursuits. She loved knitting and sewing, spending countless hours creating beautiful and practical pieces by hand—each stitch a reflection of her patience, creativity, and care. She was especially known for the beautiful, crocheted blankets and Christmas stockings she made by hand. These cherished creations were given with love and care and will continue to warm both hearts and homes for generations.
She also found great comfort and companionship in her two beloved dogs, Abigayle and Zoey, who brought her daily joy and remained faithfully by her side. Their presence was a source of happiness and peace in her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Nick Niemcow and son James Arnett. She is survived by her Son, Brandon Arnett of Orlando, FL; Daughters, Kelli Wehr of Gotha, FL, and Stacy Niemcow of Orlando, FL; 12 Grandchildren, Danyale, Damon, Corey, Kelsey, Nicholas, Brandi, Kaylee, Mikolaj, Shayne, Brayden, Madison and Dylan; 12 Great Grandchildren, Alijah, Carson, Maddox, Kipton, Abel, Bellalise, Jameson, Ashton, Penelope, Willow, Colson and Atlas; her siblings, Danny (predeceased), David, Dale, Doug, Diana and Dawn; and numerous extended family and friends.
A visitation will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, located at 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL 34734, on January 9, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. The funeral service will follow at the same location on January 9, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
Debi will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
