Born on May 24, 1945, in Chesterfield, Indiana, Don married his high school sweetheart, Sue Painter in 1965. Together they had one son, Chad, and later moved to St. Petersburg, Florida. Don worked for Banker’s Life & Casualty, and later ran Foliage Connection, Inc. alongside his wife and son, proudly growing the family’s event industry business.
He is survived by his wife, Sue; his son, Chad (Ginger); three grandchildren, Mikaela, Cade, and Ava; and his two beloved fur babies, Lily & Milo. Don will be remembered for his tireless work ethic and deep devotion to his family.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 19 at Woodlawn Funeral Home & Memorial Park at 11am.
