

Donald E. Brown, Sr. made his grand exit from this earth on the morning of January 30, 2016. He was surrounded and generously supported by his dedicated and loving family and friends during the last years of his life.
Donald was born in Ginger Hill of St. Elizabeth, Jamaica, W.I. In 1969, he migrated to New Jersey, U.S.A., where he resided for 28 years. In 1997, he retired to the Sunshine State of Florida, where he peacefully lived the remainder of his life.
Left to carry on Donald’s legacy are his wife (Rose), eight children, twelve grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, two brothers and five sisters, along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, other extended family, “chosen children” and close friends. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Adlith Brown and Sylvia Watson.
The viewing will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 8:00 a.m., followed by the memorial service at 9:30 a.m. at Woodlawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Rd., Gotha, FL 34734. Condolences may be offered at www.woodlawnfuneralhomegotha.com.
