Ethan Michael Scott Aiello born January 13, 2013 in Chattanooga, Tennessee and passed away on January 15, 2013 in Nashville, Tennessee.
Ethan is survived by his parents, Jon and Tiffany Aiello; big sister, Adrianna; grandparents, Mike & Janet Aiello, Danny & Brenda Henson and Sheila Faucett along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
