Francis "Frank" Fisher, Jr. 82, of Windermere, Florida, passed away on December 16, 2011. Frank retired in 1989 from AT&T and was a US Navy Veteran. Frank is preceded in death by his wife Patricia and also by his brother David, who passed away in 1951. He is survived by his daughter Helen Shoemaker, sons, Frank Fisher, III and Leonard Fisher, his significant other, Lee Bond, brother, Thomas Fisher, grandchildren; Michelle Navage, Kimberly Uccellini, Frank Fisher, IV, Erin Yancey, Patrick Fisher and Maria Fisher, great grandchildren; Hunter Navage, Alexander Navage and Alexander Fisher. A viewing will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home, Monday, December 19, 6pm-8pm, where funeral service will take place at 8pm.
