Guy Diaquoi, age 67, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Friday, August 2, 2024. He was born in Haiti on September 24, 1956. He graduated from Lycee Jean Jacques Dessalines and received a bachelor's degree from Universite de Montreal.
Guy "Ernest" had a career in school transportation for OCPS and was a prominent businessman. He was also a community activist.
He had a passion for sports, cars, jewelry, traveling and his grandchildren.
He is survived by his children, Peguy Diaquoi, Guy Fraimah Diaquoi, Fabienne Beatrice Diaquoi, and Ketura Ana Diaquoi; his grandchildren, Leyla Diaquoi, Thomas Alabre Diaquoi, Rayan Guy Diaquoi, Raphael Faucher, Edrian Almonte Diaquoi, Anjuli Diaquoi, and Nicolas Diaquoi and his sister, Viviane Diaquoi. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Ange-Guilene Diaquoi.
Viewing will be held from 10am to 12pm at Woodlawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, Florida 34734. Funeral service will be conducted at 12:00pm also at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
