

STUART II, HARRY HARLAN of Orlando, FL, passed away on Sunday, May 9, 2010. Harry was born May 24, 1918, in Seattle, WA, and moved from Greenwich, CT, to Orlando in the early 80's. He was a graduate of the Army and Navy Academy in Carlsbad, CA, and also of Haverford College in Haverford, PA, where he was a member of the Beta Rho Sigma Society. He was a Lt. Commander in the US Navy during World War II, based on Midway Island. He went on to become a Captain with American Airlines and retired in 1978. Captain Stuart was a generous-spirited family man, a strong Christian, and will be dearly missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Ruth Harrington Stuart; his children, Harry Harlan Stuart, III; Kathryn Stuart Wilton; and Sarah Elizabeth Stuart; and grandchildren, John Maxwell Stuart, Noelle Emelienne Wilton, Jesse Vance Hazzard, and Isaiah Graham Hazzard. The Memorial Service will be held at the First Baptist Church of Orlando in the Henry Chapel at 11 a.m., on Tuesday, May 18, 2010.
