I never got the chance to thank you for something you taught me years ago. I went to MKGR the other day to ask about you. I'm sorry I was too late. So publicly, I thank you for teaching me how to take a compliment. For pulling me aside to tell me it was okay to be proud of a job well done. It wasn't gloating & it wasn't vanity. Your kindness is something  I will never forget & I often share your words with others. Self-worth is a valuable lesson. God rest your beautiful heart Ingrid. 

Ingrid was my leader in MK GR for several years.  I don’t say the word “leader” lightly.  She was a Leader in every sense of the word.  Ingrid expected great things from all of us and feeling like you let her down was absolutely one of the worst feelings.  It was almost worse than disappointing your own mother.  Ingrid led by example & most definitely walked the talk.  I have liked & respected most of my leaders/managers since her, but honestly, none as much as her.  Rest In Peace lovely Ingrid.  You definitely deserve to.  Yours in love, peace & respect...laurie

Had it not been for Ingrid, I would not have been a leader at Walt Disney World for over 19 years! To this day I can't remember what she said or how she helped me see that I was going to make the wrong decision turning down the TA offer. Then, once we became Team Mates, she was a steady force and I learned so much! My favorite memory was our Diversity Step Team! She learned those steps with such gusto and enthusiasm and helped us become the hit of the Magic Kigdom. Rest in Power! 

Ingrid and I worked together in Guest Relations for years and I loved every second.  She was insightful and had the highest expectations.   Everyone strived to perform to her level.  She made all of us better.  I remember two compliments she gave me and treasure them to the day.  I loved making her laugh and going to Casey’s for hot dogs with sauerkraut.   And she always left her orange juice on her desk to get warm because she didn’t like it to drink it cold.  Ingrid had such an impact on my career, especially at a time when my children were infants.   She inspired me that nothing was too hard to accomplish.   I  am honored to have been her friend.  

Had the pleasure to work with Ingrid at Disney (Guest Relations) where she taught me a lot about life, leadership, and relatability.   She gave her heart to those she was able to touch, and literally helped me plant seeds for a great life.  Thank you Ingrid - you are missed!

My favorite memory of Mrs. Ingrid, is when she’s lighten up when I polished her finger nails with Pink Polish. She loved to show them off.
