Jane Ielfield Brooks

She was born in Canandaigua, New York, on October 5, 1934. She graduated from University of Rochester and received a B.A. in Nursing.

Jane married Phillips Alan Brooks, Sr. on December 18, 1955.

She had a career in nursing for Strong Memorial Hospital, and Memorial Hospital-Chapel Hill, NC.

She was President of Women for Responsible Legislation, Orlando Chapter, Orange County Republican Executive Committee, and Pro Life Action Ministries; and had a passion for spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, playing the piano and reading.

Jane is survived by her children, Dianne Endress, Linda Cluxton, Susan Nagel, and Phillips Brooks, Jr.; grandchildren, Ryan Endress, Bradley Cluxton, Lindsay Wurtz, Brooks Cluxton, Cole Brooks, Samantha Brooks, and Jennifer Casu; great grandchildren, Chloe Cluxton, Danielle Cluxton, Parker Wurtz, Reese Wurtz, and Sammy Casu.

Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026 at 1pm at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, 2021 W SR-426, Oviedo, Florida 32765.
