

Born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Jeff moved to Orlando as a young child and made Central Florida his home. He proudly served 28 years in the United States Marine Corps, rising to the rank of Sergeant Major and serving during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He also dedicated 25 years to the Orlando Police Department, serving as a patrolman, detective, SWAT member, and criminal intelligence officer before retiring in 1998.
Jeff was a devoted husband to Debbie, loving father and grandfather, brother, and friend. He loved fishing, motorcycles, the outdoors, and adventure. After retirement, he proudly became a member of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association, where he was affectionately known as “O-Town.”
Jeff will be remembered not only for his distinguished service, but for his strength, humor, determination, and deep love for his family. His legacy will live on through his children, grandchildren, family, friends, and all whose lives he touched.
He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Debbie; daughters, Kimberly and Jennifer; son, Christopher (Jennifer); brother, Pete (Margaret); sister, Susie (Mark); seven grandchildren; two nephews; and one niece.
