William “Jerry” Jerome Carter, 61, of Orlando, Florida passed away on June 24, 2016. Jerry was born in Venezuela on December 18, 1954 but called many places home, including: Oklahoma, Texas, California, and Florida. He worked as a carpenter that focused on giving back to others in the Orlando community. Jerry loved to play the guitar, watch his beloved Florida Gators and Miami Dolphins football games, read, cook spicy Mexican food, and spend days at the dog races with his wife of 30 years, Stephanie.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Stephanie; sister, Lia McMahon; loving dog, Sally; and numerous family members. Arrangements under the direction of Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, Gotha, Florida.
