She was born in Darby, Pennsylvania to the late John & Marian (Kennedy) Simpson on April, 18th, 1960.
A respected marketing manager with Hilton Grand Vacations, Joan's co-workers and friends were one in the same, and they join her family in mourning who they call an "extraordinary woman...one in a million...with a great sense of humor... She was truly caring."
Joan was preceded in death by her brother, John D. Simpson.
She is survived by her boyfriend, Michael Kenney; sister, Maureen Albright (Barry); nieces, Caitlyn Rineer (Joel), Devin Simpson and Erin Simpson; nephew, Eric Simpson; and, great-niece, Nora Rineer.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Woodlawn Funeral Home in Gotha, Florida.
Visitation will be Sunday, February 1st from 2-6pm with a Service at the 3:00 hour.
