Joel Ayala Roman, 41, of Kissimmee, Florida passed away unexpectedly on October 7, 2011. Joel was born on July 9, 1970 in Guayama, Puerto Rico to the late Otoniel Ayala and Arcadia Roman. He was an auto mechanic for Automotive Service Plus, Inc. Joel enjoyed cooking and was known for making the most original salads ever. He was a member of First United Methodist Church-Kissimmee. He is survived by his soul mate and wife, Gloria Ayala; children, Joshua and Giovanni Ayala, Adil and Jasmine Zahur; mother, Arcadia Roman; brothers, David and Ramon Ayala; sisters, Myrta, Carmen, Mirna, Magda and Mirian Ayala.
