John F. Davis, Jr. passed away at home on Monday, October 13, 2014. John was retired from the Orlando Sentinel after 36 years of service. He worked the night shift putting the Classified Ads together. John will be laid to rest at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Gotha, Florida on Friday, October 17, 2014. He leaves behind his wife of 59 years, Patricia Davis; his four daughters Cheryll Erickson, Marilyn Curtis, Vicky Coleman, Crystal DePaiva; eight grandchildren; and his pet dog JoJo.
