Julia "Yuya" Barreto, 85, of Clermont, Florida passed away on January 31, 2013 in Haines City, Florida. Yuya was born on April 1, 1927 in Moca, Puerto Rico to the late Manuel and Venicia (Rodriguez Sosa) Cajigas. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Yuya enjoyed crocheting, gardening and watching the birds. She was a great cook and enjoyed partaking in those dishes along with being surrounded by all of her grand and great grandchildren that she adored. Yuya also found great joy in the companionship of Jake, Gladys' little pooch. Julia was preceded in death by her husband, Ramon. Survivors include her children, Emilio Barreto, Carmenrita Gonzalez, Rosa Rodriguez, Norma Thomas, Juana Barreto, Gladys Reed, Olga Colon, Norma Mercado, Gladys Mercado and Lucy Rodriguez; brother, Felipe Cajigas; sister, Bilo Cabon; ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
