He married Sandra Villalba Escobar on June 28, 1981.
Kenneth retired from the United States Army as Sergeant First Class. He was a faithful member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church.
He is survived by his loving wife, Sandra and his sisters, Marilyn and Gloria.
