Kevin Francis Smith

He was born on July 1, 1954 to Albert Eugene Smith and Patricia M. Garrity Smith in Dorchester, MA. He grew up in Walpole, MA where he graduated from Walpole High School in 1972. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, in 1976

Kevin had an accomplished career in supply chain and logistics for General Foods, Kraft, Heinz, CVS and his own consulting company. He served on the board of directors for several professional associations. He enjoyed remaining active in a profession he loved where he had many cherished friendships.

He loved golf, travel for business or pleasure and sharing a fact, a story or a joke. Kevin was a talented artist, an avid reader and he appreciated all kinds of music. He was a gentleman and a scholar.

Kevin is survived by his wife, Janet Pierce Smith. They were together since high school and were married for 47 years. He is also survived by his brother, Francis Smith; sisters Mary Ellen Smith and Barbara DeMarco and her husband Robert; brother-in-law Richard Pierce; sister-in-law Catherine Haedrich and her husband Bruce; nieces Nichole Smith, Alyssa Stockwell, Karen Haedrich and Lisa Haedrich; nephews Andrew DeMarco and Samuel Pierce; great nephew Gavin Gibbs; goddaughter Kendra Zysk; dear friends James and Joanne Rhodes.
