Mr. Jacobs was our neighbor for 15 years, he watched our kids grow up , graduate and attend college. We see in the memory photos that he had a beagle when he was young- he always loved to see our beagle "Maggie" and she would always would bring back some of his memories. Mr. Jacobs was always with a smile, a story to share and asking how we were doing. He will indeed be missed in our neighborhood !

Dear Leanord,
I hope you are doing well in heaven and i know you are. I will miss you dearly and I will never forget you. I will never forget the way you would always pester us. I will never forget when you would go take your walks and we would see you and say hi and give hugs. I will never forget when I would come over to your house and we would talk and you would tell me how proud you were of me. It will never be the same when we go to family meetings or parties and your not there. It was a blessing to have you there and you were always like a second grandpa to me. Fly high Leanord I will always love you and miss you and there is so much more to be said but I just wanted to put this in here. You made a big impact in my life and now I wish you a happy time in heaven.

Rest in peace Leanord

Robert and I were lucky to have met Leonard through our son-in-law Mark. We have many happy memories spending time with him at all of our grandchildrens' functions from baptisms to birthdays and school plays. We are saddened by his loss and Leonard will be sorely missed by our family. It was a pleasure to know him, share our mutual love for our grandchildren, and to call him a friend. I know this sweet, kind, and gentle man is now resting peacefully in God's embrace.

I am stunned and so very sorry to hear of Leonard’s passing. Our careers crossed when he started building his beautiful custom homes and I was a salesman for Lowes in Orlando. I had very many customers over many years there and I have to say, no one was more loyal or as easy to get along with than he. I appreciated him then and will always miss him. Forever thankful to Mr Robert Hudson for introducing us. I miss all my West Virginia friends

Sue, I am so very sorry to learn about your brother's passing. Brothers are special people. What I've learned (unfortunately the hard way) is that siblings can share our memories in a way that telling someone else about it just is not the same. No one like a brother. Hold on tightly to those memories, my dear.

I always loved getting my hug from Leonard at Orlando Central as he was a greeter and an usher. He always had something nice to say and asked if this gal was behaving herself. He and my dad were great friends. I know there was a huge homecoming up in Heaven from all of the wonderful people who have gone on before Leonard in their Sunday school class. God bless your family during this time of sorrow., but know we will see you again.

Leonard had many attributes most importantly, his love and compassion for others , he was a good Christian and faithful to his church , if there was any work or repairs to be done Leonard was there , if there was any one sick he was the first to go to the hospital or wherever to check on them to see that they had what was needed , our Sunday school class was a real family in that respect we all were Very close , he definitely will be missed and remembered he and Linda provided a second home to our Sunday school class , it’s here we all as a class went to sky valley for weeks of open house. Many many memories followed .God bless and rest in peace . thank you Linda and Leonard.
