She was born in Beckley, West Virginia on May 22, 1928, and graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School.
She married Kenneth Holcomb on June 27, 1953, in Baltimore, Maryland.
Libby was a homemaker and a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority for 72 years, a member of United Methodist Women, Cub Scout and Brownie Leader, and a Sunday School Teacher. She had a passion for flower arranging, scrap booking, traveling, camping, and everything butterflies, loved animals, especially cats.
She is survived by her children, Kenneth Scott Holcomb, Laura L. Nolin (John), Melissa A. Kurent (Bob); grandchildren, Joshua Paul Nolin (Laura), and Casey Kendra Kurent (Drake); great grandchildren, Jack Nolin and Miles Bechtel (arriving soon).
Visitation will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL 34734, US, on September 9, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, followed by a Funeral Service at the same location from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
A Committal Service will take place at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Cremation Gardens, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL 34734, US, on September 9, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
