Lola Jane Anderson of Jacksonville, Florida died peacefully on July 30, 2012 at McGraw Community Hospice. She was 93. Mrs. Anderson was born on August 9, 1918 in Harrisburg, Pa. and moved to Florida in 1944. She met and married Paul R. Anderson of Orlando in 1950. They lived in Orlando, Jacksonville, Miami and Deland. She worked for Sears and was a church secretary at Avondale Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Fl. she also volunteered as a librarian. She and her husband were long time members of First Baptist Church, Orlando, Fl. until they moved to Deland. She was most recently a member of FaithBridge Church, in Jacksonville, Fl. She is survived by her son John Anderson; daughter-in-law, Mary Jane; two grandchildren, Jason and Robin; and six great-grandchildren of Hartford, Al. as well as many nephews and nieces. A graveside service will be held on Friday August 3, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Woodlawn Memorial Park Gotha, Fl. Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
