Lucille Snider, 93, of Orlando, Florida passed away on December 6, 2016. She was born to her late parents, William H. McMillan and Mary Genevieve Dupler on January 25, 1923 in Clayton Township, Ohio. Lucille moved to Sarasota, Florida in June of 1954 where she lived until she moved to Orlando in 2003.
She worked as a banker for Venice Nokomis Bank, now Bank of America, for 34 years before retiring and spending her later years working for Publix Supermarkets. Lucille was a member of Vamo Methodist Church in Sarasota and then attended services here at First Baptist Church of Orlando. She was also a member of Eastern Star.
Lucille was preceded in passing by her husband, William C. Snider. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Kamaka; her grandchildren, Lani Copper (Jeff) and Bill Kamaka (Heather); as well as her great grandchildren, Avery, Titan, Chase, Blace, and Emma; and her sister Shirley Boley (Gene) of New Lexington, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Lucille’s name to either Cornerstone Hospice or the Humane Society.
