I will always remember Luis as a true professional, his calm demeanor and  subtle sense of humor made working with him such a joy.  Luis provided support for my department and I was always happy when he was assigned to help me.
I will truly miss him and will always remember him fondly!

Luis was one of those awesome souls who made working at the City fun.  His wry sense of humor and grin will always be in my mind and heart. After working with him for many years, Luis has made a very deep impression on my psyche. 

My deepest condolences to his family. The world is a lesser place without Luis. 

Luis is a man who consistently displayed kindness and was so very helpful no matter what office, in the City, he was summons too. 

I am truly saddened by the loss of him.  I pray for his family and all who love him...peace and comfort. 

Your kindness with us in the clinic will never be forgotten, May you rest at our Lord's bosom now my friend , what a pleasure to have met a great father, son, husband ,in all a compassionate man of God.  It's not a goodbye but til we see you again.

Luis was always a Happy person. We shared stories of Chicago whenever he had to service my phone at the Fire Department. It was a sad day when he told me he was leaving the City.
