Manuel Afonso Figueiredo, 83, of Windermere, Florida passed away on Saturday August 2, 2014. Mr. Figueiredo was born in Sao Miguel Azores, Portugal on January 13, 1931 to the late Manuel and Rosa Figueiredo. He was Catholic by faith. Mr. Figueiredo enjoyed spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his wife Margarida and his son Jorge Figueiredo. He is survived by his children, Rita Swider, Roberto Figueiredo, Susana Figueiredo, and Carlos Figueiredo, and three grandchildren, Megan Swider, Carrissa Figueiredo and Madison Figueiredo. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday August 6, 2014 at 1:00pm at Woodlawn Funeral Home in Gotha, Florida.
