On April 17, 2016, Marie Angele (Dulski) Dorris [born on March 10 1947, in Saint Pierre de Lamps (Indre) France] passed away. She was predeceased by her parents, Marianne Czapla and Bruno Dulski, her brother, Jean Andre Dulski, and her husband, George W. Dorris, Sr. She is survived by her three children, George Dorris, John Dorris and Mariane Dorris, and her four grandchildren, Josephine, Jonathan, Collin and Erika. When she left France with her American G.I., she had only one demand-to live somewhere warm. George made good on his promise, and Marie spent the next forty years in South and Central Florida. She loved the beaches, palm trees, and sunsets over the water. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother and grandmother, and is dearly missed.
