A loving mother, she leaves behind her son Jason Caulder and his wife Sherri; daughter Carissa Caulder and her husband Wil. Also rejoicing in the Lord are her father in law Doug Caulder, sister in law Eula MacQueen and her husband Bill, as well as many nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
As a young woman, Marilyn worked as a secretary for Standard Oil and sold hats at Hudson’s department store in Detroit. After marrying and having children, she went on to be a beloved church secretary and organist at Powers Drive Baptist Church as well as a part time music teacher at Orlando Christian School.
Throughout the years, Marilyn enjoyed performing as an actress and musician. She loved Scrabble, crossword puzzles, eating salmon, naming flowers and plants, watching Wheel of Fortune, caring for her darling cat Bella and spending time with family. Marilyn will be truly missed by those who knew her.
