Mom we are about to say our final goodbye to you this afternoon. I miss
Your physical presence. You will live in my heart and soul, we will miss your smile, kindness and how you prayed for everyone. You are with your lord and savior and our dad Victor Santizo Perez. Two lives well lived. May  you rest  in his glory and presence.

We condole with you on this sad occasion in our lives. May God be with you and give you comfort. Though a link has been severed from our family chain help us O Lord to be more closely united with those dear ones who remain. May God remember the soul of for dear departed cousin, sister, mother grandmother who has passed to her Eternal rest. May your spirit live on in the hearts and minds of those you loved. May the Lord also bless you and your beloved Victor together in eternal life you are at peace

Ma Perez was not just a friend to me but a mother.  She welcomed me into her Queen’s home with loving arms and continued to treat me as one of her own daughters.  I remember numerous nights , after hanging out with my sister Max, coming home and having a wash cloth and towel ready and waiting for me.  I also can’t forget the many Avon products I use to receive and bring back to New Paltz College,  always fighting over the lotion with Max!  Ma Perez was always there lending an ear or prayer, carrying her rosemary beads during all of the many trials and tribulations I encountered over the 35 years I had the pleasure of having her in my life.  She  placed  her presence in my heart and made me realize how nurturing, thoughtful, considerate and kind hearted she was .  Her gentle smile, soft spoken words of wisdom will be missed but will forever reside in my heart and never forgotten.  Ma Perez, you will truly be missed by all but I know your smiling above and our God is saying, “Job well done Marilyn, Job well done!”

Firstly, my deepest condolences to this family. Ive had the pleasure of knowing and sharing memories with you all. Mrs. Marilyn Santizo-Perez will be forever etched as a woman of dignity, pride and a lil sass. No nonsense kinda lady! Lynn, again, you did great!

Marilyn is my aunt very quite she is  the oldest sister so any problem the younger one will have they will call her first to get her decision first  if they doing the right thing that’s one of my memory I  remember of my aunt love ❤️ you tia marilyn

Marilyn is preceded in death by her mother, Muriel Jackson and husband, Victor Santizo-Perez.

Survivors include her loving children, Melford Myrie, Maxine Myrie, Victor Santizo-Perez, Jr., and Marilyn Ermina Santizo-Perez (James Richard); her siblings, Federika Jackson, Marva Jackson, and Shirley Jackson, and her three precious grandchildren, Christopher Fountleroy, Chezarae  Myrie, and Brianna Santizo-Perez.
