He was an Army Veteran, a graduate of Dickinson State University, and a lead guitarist & vocalist for 12 years. He worked as an expert in facility management. His passions were music, reading historical novels, politics, trivia and being a “yes” person to people in need.
He is survived by his partner of 23 years, Debra Mak. She gifted him with 3 children he loved as his own, Janelle, Lance and Shayne, 9 grandchildren, Ethan, Noah, Juliana, Pierce, Will, Luke, Keira, Paxton and Myles. Also surviving are his 2 brothers, Jeff and Robert Nore and a sister, Susan Gramling. He is preceded in death by 2 sisters, Marilyn and Laura and children, Janelle and Lance.
His legacy is his optimism, inner strength and how he found profound joy in simple everyday moments. Marvin “Flap” Nore was rare with a constant peaceful perspective
