Mary Jane Gilmore

Mrs. Gilmore was born June 10, 1933 in Orlando, Florida, to Forrest and Marietta Kilgore, Sr. She married Henry Gilmore after meeting him while he was stationed in Orlando while serving in the US Air Force. She was also a member of Dover Shores Baptist Church and was an avid Gators fan, not missing a game in 34 years.

Mary Jane and Henry raised four wonderful children whom she is survived by, a daughter, Sandra Jane and her husband Dennis Daughtry of Haines City, Florida, a son, Henry V. and his wife Brenda Gilmore, Jr of Deltona, Florida, a daughter, Susan and her husband Bert Hayne of Montverde, Florida, and a son, Steve and his wife Dianne Gilmore of Melbourne, Florida. She is also survived by, seven grandchildren and eight greatgrandchildren.

Services for Mrs. Gilmore will be officiated by Dr. Fred Lowry at noon on Friday, July 1, 2016. A visitation will be held the same day at 11:15 AM prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations for the University of Florida Heart Disease Research can be made out to the UF Foundation Inc. and sent to P.O. Box 14425 Gainesville,Fl 32604-2425 attn: Gift Processing. Please note Mary Jane Gilmore as the person to memorialize.
