Mary Ellen Heineman, 87, of Leesburg, passed away on March 21, 2019. She was born in Tyre, New York on March 5, 1932.

Mary Ellen was married to Charles George Heineman on July 11, 1951. She had a passion for sewing, gardening, and ceramics and was a loving wife and mother.

Mary Ellen is survived by her children: David Charles, Joanne Dyer (Bruce), Valerie Jean Bays (Lucky) and Daniel Mark along with 4 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Dorothy Gary of North Rose, New York and her brother, Jesse Rogers Jr. of Tampa, Florida

Arrangements have been entrusted to Woodlawn Funeral Home in Gotha, Florida. A visitation will take place on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at 12:00 pm with a service to follow at 1:00 pm. Committal will take place at 2:00 pm at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
