Mattie Lee Meridith, 102, of Deltona, Florida passed away on February 19, 2014 in Longwood, Florida. She was born on February 26, 1911 in St. Cloud, Florida to the late William L. and Emily Elsie (Smith) Heckle. Mattie was one of sixteen siblings. She worked for Winn Dixie in the Orlando area for many years. Mattie is preceded in death by her son, Woodrow LaMar Meridith. She is survived by her son, Robert LaVern Meridith; siblings; John, Helen, Rachel and Ann; three grandchildren and one great grandchild.
