Mildred Milam, 89, of Apopka, FL, passed away July 19, 2022. She was born in Winston Salem, NC on April 25, 1933. She was married to Rev. Calvin Milam on December 1, 1952. Mildred was a devoted pastor’s wife and served alongside her husband in the Nazarene Churches he pastored. Her husband of 67 years preceded her in death on January 17, 2019. She was survived by her daughters Penny (Gary) Newton of Apopka, FL; Donna (Rick) Hutton (Rick) of Apopka, FL; and Diana (Wayne) Bentley of Mt. Juliet, TN; her grandchildren Cassandra (Mike) Adkins, Tiffany (Matt) Lightfoot, Josh (Kristie) Hutton, Emily (Dakota) Scoby, Melissa Rummel, Derek Rummel, Jonathon Rummel and 12 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at Apopka Calvary Nazarene church on Saturday, July 23 at 3:00 pm. She was laid to rest at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, Gotha, FL.
