Nancy was the beloved wife of Donnie Davis for 59 wonderful years and the devoted mother of Dawn, Shane, and the late Heith Davis. She was a loving mother-in-law to Lindy and a proud grandmother to Cheyenne and Sebastian, who brought immense joy to her life.
She was preceded in death by her son Heith, her mother Daisy, her father David Clayton, her brother David Raymond, and her stepfather Glenn.
Above all else, Nancy’s greatest calling and joy was being a mother and caretaker. She devoted her life to nurturing and supporting those around her with warmth, compassion, and unwavering love. Her kindness extended far beyond family, especially through her work as a teacher’s aide, where she found great fulfillment helping and encouraging children.
A devoted Christian, Nancy faithfully volunteered at Bay Life Church, where her caring spirit and servant’s heart touched many lives. She found happiness in life’s simple pleasures and was known for her love of Sherlock Holmes stories, Elvis Presley, Star Trek, Seminole football, and British murder mysteries.
Nancy will be remembered as a warm and loving woman who cared deeply for the people in her life — family by blood and family by choice alike. Her gentle heart, steadfast faith, and unconditional love leave a lasting legacy that will continue to live on in all who knew her.
She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
